Where do I pick up my order?

To pick up your online order, please head straight to the pick-up counter in store. Share your name with team member and they will be able to provide you with your order.

How do I know my order is ready?

After placing your online order, please visit your location at the time listed on your confirmation email. If you requested your order to be picked up immediately, please note the approximate time for pick up listed. If you placed your order for pick up at a specific time, please arrive at the store at the requested time. Once you arrive at the store, head straight to the pick-up counter, share your name with a team member and they will be able to assist you.

How can I check my order status?

If you would like to check your order status, please call the store where you placed your order. When arriving at the store, visit the pick-up counter, share your name with a team member, and they will be able to retrieve your order or give you an estimated time it will be ready.

Is there an app?

At this time, we do not have a mobile application for online ordering. However, you can order donuts online from your smartphone by visiting duckdonuts.olo.com!

Is there a delivery option?

Delivery options vary throughout our locations. As we implement our online ordering platform, orders placed will be available for pick up in store. Stay tuned for any updates on delivery options!

Can I order catering packages online?

As we are currently piloting this new feature, catering packages are not available for purchase through online ordering. If you’d like to place a catering order, make sure to call your nearest Duck Donuts for assistance!

Were these prepared in an allergy free space?

If there are any dietary restrictions for your order, please make sure to note those restrictions during the order online process in the "special instructions" text box. The available allergy free donut toppings include cinnamon sugar, glazed, powdered sugar, and blueberry icing. Our team will prepare your order in our allergy free zone to lessen the chance that the peanuts or other allergens have migrated into the toppings however, we cannot make guarantees to that regard.

Can I pay with a gift card?

As we are launching this new platform, only credit cards can be accepted. We hope to implement gift card payment in the future so stay tuned!

Will my donuts still be warm?

Yes! Our point of sale system alerts us when we need to begin preparing your order in a timely manner so we can ensure your donuts are ready for the scheduled pickup time. As long as donuts are picked up at the scheduled pickup time, they will still be warm and delicious.
